By proceeding with a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations made with Reharmoni Bali Tour are considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. By completing the payment, guests acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Pricing Policy

All prices offered by Reharmoni Bali Tour are fixed and mutually agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.
Pricing is determined based on the selected tour package, number of participants, travel date, and inclusions as clearly detailed in the itinerary.
Any dispute or complaint regarding pricing after confirmation or during the tour will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation or refund.
Reharmoni Bali Tour is not responsible for price differences, misleading information, or alternative offers obtained from third parties, online platforms, or other travel agents after an agreement has been finalized.

3. Payment Policy

A deposit or full payment is required to secure any booking.
Any remaining balance must be paid before or on the first day of the tour.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in automatic cancellation without any refund.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations initiated by guests after booking confirmation are non-refundable, except in cases of verified force majeure such as serious illness, natural disasters, or official government restrictions.
Refund requests based on price dissatisfaction, price comparison, or information obtained after arrival in Bali will not be approved.
No refunds will be issued once the tour has commenced, partially utilized, or services have been rendered.
Reharmoni Bali Tour reserves the right to decline refund requests that are deemed unreasonable or made under pressure, coercion, or intimidation.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Reharmoni Bali Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, traffic situations, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any adjustments will be made without compromising the overall value or quality of the tour.
Minor changes in route or schedule do not qualify for refunds.

6. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for carefully reviewing the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing details before confirming their booking.
Any additional services or itinerary changes requested during the tour may be subject to additional charges.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, staff, and local communities throughout the tour.

7. Complaints & Claims

All complaints must be submitted in writing through official WhatsApp or email within 24 hours after the service has been completed.
Complaints based solely on personal price perception or third-party comparisons will not be considered valid claims.
Reharmoni Bali Tour will assess all complaints professionally and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Reharmoni Bali Tour acts solely as a tour organizer and shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance for additional coverage and protection.

9. Force Majeure

Reharmoni Bali Tour shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All services and agreements provided by Reharmoni Bali Tour are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Indonesian legal jurisdiction.
